Through our Buyback-as-a-Service platform, we help consumers exchange lithium batteries while enabling responsible second-life usage and recycling.
The platform routes batteries that fall below the financing threshold toward suitable second-life applications, integrates with a certified recycler network with chain-of-custody tracking, and supports Extended Producer Responsibility compliance reporting. Battery passport data travels with the asset, so residual value can be certified rather than guessed.
Each battery returned to the formal ecosystem contributes to better resource utilisation, responsible recycling, stronger circular supply chains, and India's long-term energy resilience.
Financing-as-a-Service
Access to finance is one of the most important drivers of EV adoption.
This matters because of how the market works today. A large share of e-rickshaw battery purchases in India is still financed informally, often at interest rates far above what a formal lender would charge. Batteries typically need replacement every two to three years, so this is not a one-time cost — it is a recurring burden on drivers who can least afford it.
Our Financing-as-a-Service platform helps financing partners evaluate, finance, and monitor EV assets with greater visibility by incorporating battery State of Health (SoH) into decision-making.
Instead of assessing only the borrower, a lender can also assess the asset: how it is charged, how intensively it is used, how it is ageing, and what it is worth today. Telemetry, GPS, usage patterns and bureau data enrich each other, and portfolio monitoring continues after disbursement rather than stopping at origination.
This enables more informed lending and greater confidence throughout the financing lifecycle.
